Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Prices are in USD and do not include shipping or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Perishable Goods

Our chocolates are perishable. We ship with insulated packaging and cold packs, where necessary, to help maintain quality during transit. However, we cannot guarantee condition after the package leaves our hands. We strongly recommend opening your box promptly and storing chocolates in a cool, dry place (ideally below 72°F / 22°C).

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we do not offer returns or refunds. In cases of damage or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a detailed description, and we will make it right (replacement or credit).

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on chocolateelk.com are the property of Chocolate Elk and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chocolate Elk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
